• Delivery Time

  We are able to deliver vast majority of our orders within 1-3 working days. The closest estimate is displayed on the product page below the add to cart button, assuming the delivery address is within the United Kingdom mainland. We mainly offer items in stock and available for express delivery. However, some products might run out of stock from time to time, due to high demand: in that case, users would see a longer ETA on the product page. Our courier partners are DPD and DHL, which we choose depending on item size, courier capacity and postcode availability. Each delivery is notified by the courier to our customers via email and sms, to the address and phone number provided in the checkout.

• Dispatch Time

  We operate our own warehouses. This means we are able to fulfil orders either the same or the next day, depending on the time the order is placed. Generally, every order placed before 12pm can be handled over to carriers the same day. Our Logistics Team prepare the appropriate documentation and pick the orders in the morning to make sure everything is ready for the couriers. They come to our premises to collect the items at the end of the shift, moving them to their own depot for next day delivery.
