    We are able to deliver vast majority of our orders within 1-3 working days. The closest estimate is displayed on the product page below the add to cart button, assuming the delivery address is within the United Kingdom mainland. We mainly offer items in stock and available for express delivery. However, some products might run out of stock from time to time, due to high demand: in that case, users would see a longer ETA on the product page. Our courier partners are DPD and DHL, which we choose depending on item size, courier capacity and postcode availability. Each delivery is notified by the courier to our customers via email and sms, to the address and phone number provided in the checkout.

  • DHL Service

    This particular item is very likely to be delivered through our DHL express delivery service, with an ETA of 1-2 days from the day of your order. DHL is one of the most established logistics companies in the UK and Worldwide. With over 600,000 staff and 1.6 billion parcels delivered across 220 Countries, we rely on a partner with extensive experience in the safe transportation of big and small packages.

  • Dispatch Time

    We operate our own warehouses. This means we are able to fulfil orders either the same or the next day, depending on the time the order is placed. Generally, every order placed before 12pm can be handled over to carriers the same day. Our Logistics Team prepare the appropriate documentation and pick the orders in the morning to make sure everything is ready for the couriers. They come to our premises to collect the items at the end of the shift, moving them to their own depot for next day delivery.

Sustainability

  • In-House Innovation

    For a long time, our business has been trying to find creative ways to reduce the number of boxes we ship per day without compromising on efficiency. Our Dev Team came up with a unique custom-made logistics software to help us on this quest. Designed to deduce the safe maximum number of chairs that can fit in one box, now we can ship more efficiently. In the recent 3 months period, we’ve managed to decrease the number of shipped boxes to a fantastic 37%, significantly decreasing the carbon footprint emissions.

  • Less Sea Transport

    We’ve taken serious steps to ensure our shipping methods help the environment. Since 2021, we’ve decided to ship 73% of all our products made overseas unboxed and then let our staff box them in our warehouse. Not only do we have extra quality checks to ensure high standards, but more importantly, we decrease our need for sea transport by two-thirds, bettering the environment and supporting local labour in Great Britain.

  • Responsibly Sourced Wood

    To make sure we avoid long sea transport and decrease carbon emissions we’ve decided to locally source and import wood closer to our workshop. As sea transport produces 3% of world carbon (more carbon than the whole country of Germany) by using this method, we not only decreased the long-term negative effects on the planet but also ensured fresh and beautiful timber for our tables and chairs.
